2022 Women's EuroHockey Indoor Club Cup
The 2021 Women's EuroHockey Indoor Club Cup was scheduled to be the 32nd edition of the Women's EuroHockey Indoor Club Cup, Europe's premier women's club indoor hockey tournament organized by the European Hockey Federation. It was scheduled to be held at the Topsportcentrum in Almere, Netherlands from 11 to 13 February 2022. On 17 January 2022 it was announced the tournament was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic for the second year in a row. Teams Participating clubs qualified based on their country's final rankings from the 2020 competition. The champions from the top six countries from last year's edition together with the top two from the 2020 EuroHockey Indoor Club Trophy were qualified. Belgium and Switzerland were the two promoted countries that replaced Austria and England. It was held at the Alanya Atatürk Spor Salonu in Alanya, Turkey from 11 to 13 February 2022. Teams Participating clubs qualified based on their country's final rankings from the 2020 competition. The champions from the top six countries from last year's edition together with the top two from the 2020 EuroHockey Indoor Club Trophy were qualified. Croatia and Turkey were the two promoted countries that replaced Belgium and Sweden. 2022 Euro Hockey League Women
The 2022 Women's Euro Hockey League was the second edition of the Women's Euro Hockey League, Europe's premier women's club field hockey tournament, organized by the European Hockey Federation. It was contested alongside the 2022 Euro Hockey League, men's tournament at the Wagener Stadium in Amstelveen, Netherlands from 15 to 18 April 2022. HC 's-Hertogenbosch, Den Bosch, who entered the event as the defending champions, reached the finals, where they were defeated 3–2 by Amsterdamsche Hockey & Bandy Club, Amsterdam in a shoot-out after the match finished 2–2 in regular time. Junior won their first EHL medal by defeating La Gantoise HC, Gantoise 2–1 in the bronze medal match. Topsportcentrum (Almere)
The Topsportcentrum is an indoor sports arena, located in Almere, Netherlands. Designed by architectural studio ZJA, it opened on the 7th of October in 2007. Its operator is the city of Almere and its main hall has a capacity of 3,000 people. The sports it is used most for are volleyball and basketball, with VC Allvo and Almere Pioneers use the venue as their home arena. The hall was finished in 2007 and costed €14 million.
