2022 US Darts Masters
The 2022 bet365 US Darts Masters was the fourth staging of the tournament by the Professional Darts Corporation. It was the first event in the 2022 World Series of Darts. The tournament featured 16 players (8 PDC representatives, and 8 North American representatives), and was held at the Hulu Theater in New York City on 3–4 June 2022. Nathan Aspinall was the defending champion after his 8–4 win over Michael Smith (darts player), Michael Smith in 2019 US Darts Masters, the 2019 final, but he was not invited to take part in this tournament. Hulu Theater
The Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden is a theater located in New York City's Madison Square Garden. Rod Harrington
Rodney Harrington (born 30 December 1957) is an English former professional darts player and former commentator. He used the nickname "The Prince of Style" for his matches, often wearing a suit and waistcoat for his games. Daniel "Danny" Baggish (born 19 August 1983) is a Guamanian–born American professional darts player. He had a PDC tour card from 2021 to 2022, after being the only American player to win one at Q-School in 2021. He is a sponsored by Target Darts, and has been a member of Team Target since 2019. Jeff Smith (born 6 November 1975) is a Canadian professional darts player who plays in the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) events. He reached the semi-final of the 2015 BDO World Darts Championship and the final of the 2016 BDO World Darts Championship in the following year where he faced Scott Waites. Career In his first tournament, Smith reached the semi-final of the Canada National Championships in 1996. He won the tournament in 2008 beating Jeff Noble. 2020 World Series Of Darts
The 2020 World Series of Darts was a series of planned televised darts tournaments organised by the Professional Darts Corporation. In 2020, there were set to be 5 World Series events and one finals event, which for 2020 was moved from Amsterdam, Netherlands to Salzburg, Austria. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic no events were held before the 2020 finals, with five scheduled events postponed to 2021. Two new venues were due to make their debuts with New York City replacing Las Vegas for the US Darts Masters, and Copenhagen being the venue for the inaugural 2020 Nordic Darts Masters, which replaced the German Darts Masters.
