2022 Stadium Super Trucks Series
The 2022 Stadium Super Trucks Series was the tenth season of the Stadium Super Trucks. The season began with the Grand Prix of Long Beach and concluded at Bristol Motor Speedway. The Stadium Super Trucks (SST), formerly known as Speed Energy Formula Off-Road, is an American short course off-road racing series created by off-road racer and former IndyCar and NASCAR driver Robby Gordon in 2013. Sanctioned by the United States Auto Club (USAC) in America with title sponsorship from Gordon's Speed Energy brand, the series utilizes identical off-road trucks that originally competed primarily in American football stadiums, but in 2014 began racing mostly on street circuits and road courses, often in conjunction with the IndyCar Series race schedules. Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course is a road course auto racing facility located in Troy Township, Morrow County, Ohio, United States, just outside the village of Lexington. The 2013 Stadium Super Trucks Series was the inaugural season of Stadium Super Trucks competition. The series marked the revival of off-road racing in stadiums, originally created by Mickey Thompson, and reintroduced by former NASCAR driver Robby Gordon. Garrett Mitchell (born April 5, 1995), known professionally as Cleetus McFarland, is an American racing driver, car enthusiast, and YouTube content creator. YouTube career On January 28, 2009, Mitchell would start up the Cleetus McFarland YouTube channel. Around the same time, he would become the social media manager for car media company 1320Video. ''Diesel Brothers'' is an American reality television series. The series premiered on January 4, 2016, on Discovery Channel. The program follows a group of friends in Utah who repair and customize pickup trucks. Despite the name and physical resemblance to one another, the Diesel Brothers are not actually brothers. Max Gordon (born June 10, 2008) is an American professional racing driver who primarily competes in off-road racing such as the Stadium Super Trucks, Best in the Desert, and SCORE International.
