2022 Sitting Volleyball World Championships – Women's Event
The 2022 Sitting Volleyball World Championships – Women's event was the 8th edition of this Sitting volleyball#World ParaVolley (formerly WOVD) World Championships, tournament. For the first time, the competition was held in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The winners secure a ticket to the Sitting volleyball at the 2024 Summer Paralympics, 2024 Summer Paralympics. Russia women's national Sitting volleyball team, Russia were the defending champions, but couldn't defend their title due to their suspension because of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, war in Ukraine. Brazil women's national Sitting volleyball team, Brazil won their first title, beating Canada women's national Sitting volleyball team, Canada, 3–2, in the final. 2023 Sitting Volleyball European Championships – Men's Event
The 2023 Sitting Volleyball European Championships – Men's event was the 21th edition of this Sitting volleyball#ParaVolley Europe (formerly ECVD) European Championships, tournament.
