2022 Rosenborg BK Season
The 2022 season is Rosenborg's 43rd consecutive year in the top flight now known as Eliteserien, their 54th season in the top flight of Norwegian football. They will participate in Eliteserien and the Cup. This will be Kjetil Rekdal's first season as Rosenborg manager. Rosenborg BK
Rosenborg Ballklub, commonly referred to simply as Rosenborg () or RBK, is a Norwegian professional football club from Trondheim that plays in Eliteserien. The club has won a record 26 league titles, a shared record 12 Norwegian Football Cup titles and have played more UEFA matches than any other Norwegian team. RBK play their home games at the all-seater Lerkendal Stadion which has a capacity of 21,421. The club was founded as Odd in 1917 but were not allowed to play amateur league matches until 1928, when they took the present name. They reached the League of Norway in 1937–38, but were relegated to lower divisions during the 1940s. The club moved to Lerkendal in 1957 and their first title was the 1960 Cup, resulting in their first participation in a UEFA tournament. Edvard Sandvik Tagseth (born 23 January 2001) is a Norwegian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Rosenborg. Career Liverpool Edvard Tagseth first caught the attention of the public when he played Norway Cup in 2014 for his hometown team Neset. He later signed a deal with Liverpool as a 14 year old. The first year he trained one week with the Academy every month while the second year he trained two weeks every month. When he turned 16 years old he became a full-time part of the Liverpool F.C. Adrian Nilsen Pereira (born 31 August 1999) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Norwegian club Rosenborg. He is a son of former Viking FK player Thomas Pereira.
