2022 Norwegian Women's Cup
The 2022 Norwegian Women's Cup is the 45th season of the Norwegian annual knock-out football tournament. The first round was played in April and May 2022. The final is scheduled to be played on 5 November 2022. All Toppserien teams received a bye in this round. Second round The pair-ups for the second round were announced on 5 May 2022. The 10 Toppserien teams entered this round. Vålerenga Fotball Damer
Vålerenga Fotball Damer is the women's association football, women's football branch of Vålerenga Fotball. Based in Oslo, the team plays in Norway's top league, Toppserien. The team first won promotion to Toppserien in 2011 Norwegian First Division (women), 2011 after earning promotion from the Norwegian First Division (women), First Division. This made Vålerenga the third Norwegian club with both a men's team and a women's team in the top-tier league, and the first club to have its own women's team win promotion to Toppserien, as the two other clubs, Stabæk Fotball and Lillestrøm SK, inherited another club's women's team. AaFK Fortuna
AaFK Fortuna (formerly known as FK Fortuna Ålesund) is a Norwegian women's football club from Ålesund that currently competes in 2. divisjon, the third tier of Norwegian football. It is named after Fortuna of Roman mythology. History The club was founded on 25 August 1991 by outbreakers from SK Guard, and merged with Spjelkavik IL in 1995. They played as Spjelkavik IL/Fortuna in the 1995 season, and was named FK Fortuna Ålesund in 1996. The club's home grounds are Aksla Stadion and (sometimes) Color Line Stadion. After playing 1995–2008 at the second level, the club was promoted and debuted in the 2009 Toppserien, but finished in last position and was relegated. Fortuna was in the second tier in the period 2010–16 and has played in the third tier since 2017. Vefsn ( sma, Vaapste) is a municipality in Nordland county, Norway. It is part of the Helgeland traditional region. Idrettsklubben Grand Bodø is a Norwegian association football club from Bodø, Nordland. It was founded on 12 April 1917. Football Former Liverpool and England international full-back Chris Lawler was player-coach for the club in 1981. Its women's team was a mainstay in Toppserien for many years, and won bronze in 1986, but has not played there since the 2007 season. Notodden
Notodden () is a List of towns and cities in Norway, city and List of municipalities of Norway, municipality in Vestfold og Telemark Counties of Norway, county, Norway. It is part of the Districts of Norway, traditional region of Øst-Telemark. The administrative centre of the municipality is the city of Notodden. Odds provide a measure of the likelihood of a particular outcome. They are calculated as the ratio of the number of events that produce that outcome to the number that do not. SK Snøgg
Sportsklubben Snøgg is a Norwegian multi-sports club from Notodden. It was founded on 5 March 1905. The men's football team played in the highest league for the 1951–52 season. After the 1999 season, the team merged with Heddal IL's men's team to form Notodden FK. Notodden FK is a second-tier club. Snøgg is now a decent athletics club. Their first medal in the Norwegian athletics championships, a gold medal, was taken by Jonas Lie in 1908. He won the javelin throw with both hands in 1908 and 1910, and the discus throw with both hands in 1909. In addition, he won four silver medals and two bronze medals. Next, Halvor Øien won the javelin event in 1917 and 1918, and also took two silver and three bronze. Porsanger Idrettslag is a Norwegian multi-sports club from Lakselv, Finnmark. It has sections for association football, team handball, track and field, Nordic skiing, floorball and table tennis. The club was founded in 2005 as a merger of the multi-sports club Lakselv IL and the football club Porsanger FK. The latter had been founded in 1995, whereas the former was founded in 1922; the club now counts this as the founding year.
