The 2022 Norwegian Second Division is a third-tier Norwegian women's football league season. The league consists of 71 teams divided into 8 groups. Reserve teams are not eligible for promotion. This is a transitional season; next season the league will consist of 28 teams divided into two groups. Norwegian Second Division (women)
The Norwegian Second Division ( no, 2. divisjon) is the third highest level of women's football in Norway. In the 2022 season, it consisted of 71 teams divided into eight groups. Two teams are promoted to the Norwegian First Division (women), Norwegian First Division each season. The worst ranked teams are relegated to the Norwegian Third Division. FK Fyllingsdalen, Fyllingsdalen and SF Grei, Grei are the current champions. Starting from the 2023 season, the league will consist of 28 teams divided into two groups. Each group winner will be promoted, while the bottom three teams in each group will be relegated. List of promoted teams References

Hallingdal ( en, Halling Valley) is a valley as well as a traditional district located in the traditional and electoral district Buskerud in Viken county in Norway. It consists of six municipalities: Flå, Nes, Gol, Hemsedal, Ål and Hol. Hallingdal is one of the major valleys of eastern Norway, on an area of 5,830 square kilometers. Hallingdal lies in the northern part of the county of Buskerud. The valley stretches from Gulsvik by Lake Krøderen to the border with Hordaland and Sogn og Fjordane. Central to the geography is relatively flat mountain area which lies above sea level. The valley is V-shaped and is drained by the Hallingdal River which originates in the western parts of Hardangervidda and flows eastwards later southwards through Hallingdal. Høybråten Og Stovner IL
Høybråten og Stovner Idrettslag is a Norway, Norwegian sports club from Stovner borough, Oslo. It has sections for association football, team handball, track and field, orienteering, skiing, gymnastics and floorball. It was founded on 18 March 1918. The club colors are blue. The cross-country team won the Norwegian championship in relay for women in 2004 and 2007. In 2004 Kristin Størmer Steira competed for the team. The men's football team currently plays in the Fourth Division, the fifth tier of Norwegian football. It last played in the Third Division in 1996 Norwegian Third Division, 1996.
