2022 Clásica De Almería
The 2022 Clásica de Almería was the 37th edition of the Clásica de Almería one-day road cycling race. It was held on 13 February 2022 as a category 1.Pro race on the 2022 UCI ProSeries. The race took place in the Spanish province of Almería, from El Ejido to Roquetas de Mar. The first half of the race course featured several climbs, the most prominent of which was the second-category Alto de Celín, which crested less than into the race. On the other hand, the last were mostly flat, finishing with a longer circuit around Roquetas de Mar before a shorter finishing circuit at long. The race's main breakaway consisted of three riders: Xabier Azparren, Gilles De Wilde, and Lukas Pöstlberger. The trio claimed almost all of the intermediate sprint and mountains classifications points on offer throughout the route, with Azparren winning the mountains classification and Pöstlberger winning the intermediate sprint classification. 2022 UCI ProSeries
The 2022 UCI ProSeries is the third season of the UCI ProSeries, the second tier road cycling tour, below the UCI World Tour, but above the various regional UCI Continental Circuits. The original calendar consisted of 56 events, of which 30 are one-day races (1.Pro), and 26 are stage races (2.Pro). There are 47 events in Europe, six in Asia, two in the United States, and one in Argentina. Alexander Cataford
Alexander Cataford (born 1 September 1993) is a Canadian racing cyclist. He won the Under-23 title at the 2013 Canadian National Time Trial Championships. He is a six-time Canadian Junior National Champion. In 2011, he was the Junior Pan American Champion in individual pursuit. For the 2014 season, Cataford joined the team. Juan Sebastián Molano Benavides (born 11 April 1994) is a Colombian professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Career Molano was named in the startlist for the 2017 Vuelta a España. He started riding in the 2019 Giro d'Italia, but he was suspended by his team following stage 3 after "seemingly unusual physiological results".
