2022 ATP Finals
The 2022 ATP Finals (also known as the 2022 Nitto ATP Finals for sponsorship reasons) is a men's tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts at the Pala Alpitour in Turin, Italy, from 13 to 20 November 2022. It is the season-ending event for the highest-ranked singles players and doubles teams on the 2022 ATP Tour. This is the 53rd edition of the tournament (48th in doubles), and the second time Turin hosted the ATP Tour year-end championships. Champions Singles * Novak Djokovic def. ATP Finals
The ATP Finals is the season-ending championship of the ATP Tour. It is the most significant event in the annual ATP calendar after the four majors as it features the top-eight singles players and top-eight doubles teams based on their results throughout the season. The eighth spot is reserved, if needed, for a player or team who won a major in the current year and are ranked from 8th–20th. The tournament is sometimes referred to as a "fifth Grand Slam," due to the prestige that comes with qualifying for and winning the event. The tournament uses a unique format not seen in other ATP Tour events: The players are separated into two groups of four, within which they each play three round-robin matches. Wesley Koolhof
Wesley Koolhof (; born 17 April 1989) is a Dutch professional tennis player who specialises in doubles. He achieved his career-high doubles ranking of world No. 1 in doubles on 7 November 2022. He has won 14 doubles titles on the ATP Tour, most notably the 2020 ATP Finals with Mektić, the 2022 Madrid Masters, the 2022 Canadian Open and the 2022 Paris Masters partnering Neal Skupski. Taylor Harry Fritz (born October 28, 1997) is an American professional tennis player. The ATP Masters 1000 tournaments (previously known as ATP Masters Series) is an annual series of nine tennis tournaments featuring the top-ranked players on the ATP Tour. ITF Men's Circuit
The ITF World Tennis Tour (formerly known as the ''ITF Men's World Tennis Tour'', and previously ''ITF Men's Circuit'') is a series of professional tennis tournaments held around the world that are organized by the International Tennis Federation.
