2021–22 ZhHL Season
The 2021–22 ZhHL season was the seventh season of the Zhenskaya Hockey League (ZhHL) since the league was established in 2015. It was the 27th season in which the women's ice hockey Russian Championship was contested. SKIF Nizhny Novgorod were the regular season champions after leading the league standings from November onwards. The KRS Vanke Rays defeated SKIF Nizhny Novgorod in a sweep of the playoff finals to claim their second ZhHL Championship. Zhenskaya Hockey League
The Zhenskaya Hockey League (ZhHL; russian: Женская хоккейная лига, translit=Zhenskaya khokkeynaya liga, translation=Women's Hockey League), officially called the Women's Hockey League (WHL), is a professional ice hockey league in Eurasia, currently comprising nine teams: eight from Russia and one from China. The league is also known as the PariMatch Women's Hockey League for sponsorship reasons. The Shenzhen Kunlun Red Star () or the Shenzhen KRS () are a professional ice hockey team in the Zhenskaya Hockey League (ZhHL). They are based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China and their home is Shenzhen Dayun Arena.
