The 2021–22 season was Walsall's 134th year in their history and third consecutive season in League Two. Along with the league, the club competed in the FA Cup, the EFL Cup and the EFL Trophy. The season covers the period from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. Walsall (, or ; locally ) is a market town and administrative centre in the West Midlands County, England. Historically part of Staffordshire, it is located north-west of Birmingham, east of Wolverhampton and from Lichfield. Walsall is the administrative centre of the wider Metropolitan Borough of Walsall. It was transferred from Staffordshire to the newly created West Midlands County in 1974. Kidderminster is a large market and historic minster town and civil parish in Worcestershire, England, south-west of Birmingham and north of Worcester. Aggborough Stadium is a football stadium in Kidderminster, England. It is the home ground of Kidderminster Harriers, and has a capacity of 7,000, of which 3,140 can be seated. Brendan Kiernan
Brendan Jason Kiernan (born 10 November 1992) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for EFL League Two club Hartlepool United. He spent his early youth career at Bromley, Fulham and Crystal Palace before joining AFC Wimbledon at the age of 16. Kieran James Phillips (born 18 February 2000) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for Shrewsbury Town, on loan from Huddersfield Town. Career Born in Huddersfield, Phillips started his football career playing for his local club, Huddersfield Town, before moving to Everton's academy at under-13 level. In 2016, he suffered a double knee fracture, which ruled him out for two and a half years. Emmanuel Ebuka Osadebe (born 1 October 1996) is an Irish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Forest Green Rovers. Club career Osadebe started playing football with his local side Dundalk. He joined Gillingham from Tottenham Hotspur Foundation College Programme in May 2015. He made his Gillingham debut on 8 August 2015 in 4–0 home win over Sheffield United where he was named Man of the Match. Aaron James Ramsey (born 21 January 2003) is an English professional footballer who plays as a winger or attacking midfielder for club Burnley.
