The 2021–22 Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio was the 37th season of league competition in San Marino, in which the country's top 15 amateur football teams competed. The season began on 18 September 2021 and ended on 26 May 2022. The winners of the league, La Fiorita qualified for a place in the 2022–23 UEFA Champions League. Runners-up, Tre Penne qualified for a place in the 2022–23 UEFA Europa Conference League. Folgore were the defending champions after winning the title in the previous season, but failed to defend their title as Fiorentino knocked them out in the play-offs. La Fiorita won their sixth title by defeating Tre Penne in the final, 2–0. Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio (English translation: Sammarinese Football Championship) is an amateur league competition for football clubs located at the only level of the Sammarinese football league system (no relegation system exists) and has been operating since the 1985–1986 season. Currently, Campionato Sammarinese di Calcio is ranked last at number 55 among European leagues according to UEFA's league coefficient, which is based on the performance of Sammarinese clubs in the Champions League, Europa League and the Europa Conference League. Miodio () is a band that consists of three Italian and two Sammarinese members. They represented San Marino in the Eurovision Song Contest 2008, performing the song Complice. This was the first time San Marino had entered the competition. They preformed in the 5th position after Moldova and before Belgium. They however failed to get past the first semi-final on 20 May, only receiving 5 points and placing last of 19. Miodio was founded in the winter of 2002, and they have published a mini-album with 5 tracks. This album was produced by the label "Acanto" owned by the producer and composer Andrea Felli.
