Sogdiyona Jizzakh ( Uzbek: ''Soʻgʻdiyona Jizzax Futbol Klubi / "Сўғдиёна" Жиззах Футбол Клуби''), formerly known as Sogdiana, is an Uzbek professional football club based in Jizzakh, that plays in the Uzbekistan Super League. Alvin Fortes (born 25 April 1994) is a Cape Verdean footballer who plays as a winger for Ratchaburi. Club career Born in Rotterdam, Fortes played for Sparta Rotterdam, UVS and Feyenoord's youth setups before joining SV Heinenoord in June 2013. However, in July, he was spotted by Nike Academy's program ''The Chance'', and was assigned to their squad. FC Shurtan Guzar ( uz, Sho'rtan G'uzor professional futbol klubi or Шўртан Ғузор футбол клуби) is an Uzbek football club based in G‘uzor, Uzbekistan.
