2021 USF2000 Championship
The 2021 USF2000 Championship was the twelfth season of the USF2000 Championship since its revival in 2010. The championship serves as the first rung of the IndyCar Series's Road to Indy ladder system. An 18 race schedule was announced on October 21, 2020, featuring five permanent road courses, two street circuits, and a single oval in the Dave Steele Classic. USF2000 Championship
The USF2000 Championship Presented by Cooper Tires is an American racing series using the American variation of the Formula Ford formula, "F2000", that resumed operation for the 2010 season. As of 2022, it is sanctioned by the United States Auto Club, and is the first rung of the Road to Indy. History Andersen/Foschi era The series was initially founded by Doug Powell in 1990, and regularly fielded over 60 entries per race. In the first seasons the series was mainly based in the western part of the United States sanctioned by the United States Auto Club. For 1992 the series started a Western Division and an Eastern Division, the Eastern Division being headed by Dan Andersen and Mike Foschi. In the 1992 season the race at Indianapolis Raceway Park (Night before the 500) and the race at Heartland Park Topeka (East-West Shootout) counted towards both championships and attracted huge fields. Myles Rowe
Myles Rowe (born June 19, 2000) is an American racing driver. He is signed to compete in the 2024 Indy NXT driving for HMD Motorsports with Force Indy. He is the 2023 USF Pro 2000 champion. Rowe competed in the 2022 USF2000 Championship with Pabst Racing as well as with Force Indy. Career USF2000 Championship 2021 After not competing in motorsports for several years, newly formed team Force Indy announced that Rowe and the team would compete in the USF2000 Championship in 2021. Rowe would get his first win at the second race in New Jersey. He would make history by becoming the first African American to win in the series. Yuven Sundaramoorthy
Yuven Sundaramoorthy (born February 22, 2003) is an Indian-American racing driver. He currently competes in the 2023 USF Pro 2000 Championship with Exclusive Autosport and in the 2023 Indy NXT with Abel Motorsports. He previously drove for Pabst Racing in 2022. Sundaramoorthy previously competed in the U.S. F2000 National Championship with Pabst Racing. Racing career USF Pro 2000 On December 10, 2021, it was announced that Sundaramoorthy would move up to the Indy Pro 2000 Championship with Pabst Racing to compete in the 2022 season.
