Marcus Arroyo
Marcus Cole Arroyo (born January 23, 1980) is an American football coach and former plauer. He served as the head football coach at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) from 2020 to 2022. Arroyo played college football as quarterback at San Jose State University. From 2004 to 2019, Arroyo was an assistant coach, most recently at the University of Oregon as offensive coordinator from 2017 to 2019. Playing career After graduating from Colfax High School in Colfax, California, Arroyo was the starting quarterback for the San Jose State Spartans from 1998 to 2002. He set many school records for passing, some of which are still unsurpassed. To this day, Arroyo ranks eighth in passing yards (4,603), ninth in completions (348) and total offense (4,525 yards), and tenth in passing efficiency (115.6). 2021 Iowa State Cyclones Football Team
The 2021 Iowa State Cyclones football team represented Iowa State University during the 2021 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Cyclones played their home games at the Jack Trice Stadium in Ames, Iowa, and competed in the Big 12 Conference. The team was coached by sixth-year head coach Matt Campbell, who received an extension the previous offseason. Iowa State began the season ranked seventh in the AP Poll, the highest preseason ranking ever achieved by the Cyclones. Previous season The Cyclones finished the 2020 regular season 9–3 and 8–1 in Big 12 play to finish first in the conference. Alamodome
The Alamodome is a 64,000-seat domed indoor multi-purpose stadium in San Antonio, Texas. It is located on the southeastern fringe of downtown San Antonio. The facility opened on May 15, 1993, having been constructed at a cost of $186 million. The multi-purpose facility was intended to increase the city's convention traffic and attract a professional football franchise. It also placated the San Antonio Spurs' demands for a larger arena. The Spurs played in the Alamodome for a decade, then became disenchanted with the facility and convinced Bexar County to construct a new arena for them, now called the AT&T Center. The 2021 UTSA Roadrunners football team represented the University of Texas at San Antonio during the 2021 NCAA Division I FBS football season.
