2021 Settimana Internazionale Di Coppi E Bartali
The 2021 Settimana Internazionale di Coppi e Bartali was a road cycling stage race that took place between 23 and 27 March 2021 in the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna and in San Marino. It was the 36th edition of the Settimana Internazionale di Coppi e Bartali and was part of the 2021 UCI Europe Tour as a category 2.1 event. Teams Nine UCI WorldTeams, seven UCI ProTeams, seven UCI Continental teams, and two national teams made up the twenty-five teams that participated in the race. All but three teams entered seven riders; and each entered six riders, while entered only five, for a total of 171 riders. Of these riders, 88 finished. 2021 UCI Europe Tour
The 2021 UCI Europe Tour was the 17th season of the UCI Europe Tour. The season began on 24 January 2021 with the Trofeo Luis Puig, Clàssica Comunitat Valenciana 1969 – Gran Premio Valencia and ended on 24 October 2021 with the Ronde van Drenthe. Throughout the season, points were awarded to the top finishers of stages within stage races and the final general classification standings of each of the stages races and one-day events. The quality and complexity of a race also determined how many points are awarded to the top finishers; the higher the UCI rating of a race, the more points were awarded. Riccione (; rgn, Arciôn ) is a ''comune'' in the Province of Rimini, Emilia-Romagna, northern Italy. As of 2018, Riccione had an estimated population of 35,003. History The oldest archaeological findings in Riccione's area date to the 2nd century BC, although it was most likely settled in advance. Team Time Trial
A team time trial (TTT) is a road bicycle race in which teams of cyclists race against the clock (see individual time trial for a more detailed description of ITT events). The winning team in a TTT is determined by the comparing the times of (usually) the fourth-finishing rider in each team (though the relevant finish position can be otherwise specified in advance by the race organisers). This means that each team will try to get their first four (at least) riders across the finish line in a tight group: it is actually a disadvantage for any rider to finish far in advance of the fourth rider, as by staying back a faster rider can help the fourth rider to get a quicker time. Jakub Mareczko
Jakub Mareczko (born 30 April 1994) is an Italian road cyclist of Polish origin, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam . A sprinter, Mareczko is seen by the Italian national cycling coach Davide Cassani as one of the best young hopes for Italian cycling. Career Mareczko was born in Poland on 30 April 1994; he moved with his mother to Brescia, Italy, when he was five years old.
