2021 Premios Juventud
The 2021 Premios Juventud ceremony took place July 22, 2021. Univision broadcast the show live from the Watsco Center, with Alejandra Espinoza hosting the event. Premios Juventud aims to inspire, motivate and empower Latino youth to become leaders for change. The awards celebrate the current trends in pop culture, music, digital, fashion, television and social media. Daddy Yankee was honored with the "Agent Of Change" award. Watsco Center
The Watsco Center (originally named the University of Miami Convocation Center) is an 8,000-seat multi-purpose arena on the campus of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. The venue hosts concerts, family shows, trade shows, lecture series, university events and sporting events, including all University of Miami men's and women's basketball games. Founding The arena opened in 2003 and was originally named the University of Miami Convocation Center. The arena is home to the Miami Hurricanes men's and women's basketball teams. Yotuel Omar Manzanares Romero (born October 6, 1976), mononymously known as Yotuel, is a Cuban singer, actor, and current lead singer and co-writer of the 2003 Latin Grammy Award-winning Platinum album-selling rap group Orishas. CNCO is a Latin American boy band based in Miami, Florida. Los Ángeles Azules are a Mexican musical group that plays the ''cumbia sonidera'' genre, which is a cumbia subgenre using the accordion and synthesizers.
