2021 PBA 3x3 Season – Third Conference
The third conference of the 2021 PBA 3x3 season started on May 21, 2022, and ended on July 3, 2022. It consisted of six two-day legs and a grand final. TNT Tropang Giga became the conference's Grand Champion after defeating Purefoods TJ Titans in the Grand Finals, 21–19. Teams The players listed have played in at least one of the legs. The Zamboanga Valienters returned this conference after taking a leave of absence during the second conference. 1st leg Groupings The preliminary drawing of lots was held on May 18, 2022. 2021 PBA 3x3 Season
The 2021 PBA 3x3 season was the inaugural season of the PBA 3x3, the 3x3 basketball league of the Philippine Basketball Association. Postponement The inaugural season was supposed to be held in 2020, with all 12 franchise teams of the main PBA to field their own teams. Mighty Sports and Dunkin Donuts reportedly were interesting in also fielding teams in the PBA 3x3. The inaugural season was supposed to start with the 3×3 Philippine Cup in March 2020, but was postponed to 2021 by June 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic with the PBA preoccupied with plans to resume the season of its main league during that time. The PBA 3x3 inaugural season was initially scheduled to be held in parallel with the 2021 PBA season, which opened on April 11, 2021, but was further postponed. Limitless Appmasters
The Limitless Appmasters are a Philippine 3x3 basketball team which competes in the PBA 3x3, organized by the Philippines' top-flight professional league, Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). The team is affiliated with the Phoenix Super LPG Fuel Masters, a member franchise of the PBA. History The Phoenix Super LPG Fuel Masters are among the participating PBA franchise teams in the inaugural 2021 PBA 3x3 season. Instead of competing under the same name as their mother team, the 3x3 team competed under the name "Limitless Appmasters", named after Phoenix Petroleum's mobile app for its rewards and voucher system. The Appmasters became the first-ever PBA 3x3 grand champions when it clinched the title of the PBA 3x3 first conference. Thomas Christopher B. Torres (born October 27, 1994) is a Filipino professional basketball player for the Quezon Huskers of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL). He has won two championships in the UAAP for the De La Salle Green Archers. High school career When he was younger, Torres participated in the SBP's Passerelle tournaments. Jeric Teng
Jeric Allen Uy Teng (born March 18, 1991) is a Filipino basketball player. He was drafted 12th overall by Rain or Shine in the 2013 PBA draft. He played college ball for the UST Growling Tigers in the UAAP. College career Rookie season Teng joined the Tigers in 2009 where he won the Rookie of the Year award. In that season, he was joined by veterans Dylan Ababou and Khasim Mirza to form UST's ATM trio. The Tigers finished the season 6–8 and made it to the Final Four, but were defeated by the Ateneo Blue Eagles in the Final Four 64–81.
