2021 FIM Motocross World Championship
The 2021 FIM Motocross World Championship was the 65th Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme, FIM Motocross World Championship season. In the MXGP class, Tim Gajser started the season as the reigning champion after picking up his fourth world title in 2020 FIM Motocross World Championship, 2020. In MX2, Tom Vialle was the defending champion as he picked up his maiden world title in the previous year. The 2021 season saw the debut of Beta (motorcycle manufacturer), Beta as a manufacturer in the MXGP class. Race calendar and results The championship was contested over eighteen rounds. Russian athletes competed as a neutral competitors using the designation MFR (Motorcycle Federation of Russia), as the Court of Arbitration for Sport upheld a ban on Russia competing at World Championships. Loket Motocross Grand Prix 2008
Loket (; german: Elbogen) is a town of in Sokolov District in the Karlovy Vary Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 3,100 inhabitants. The town centre itself features Loket Castle, a 12th-century Gothic castle. The town centre is well preserved and is protected by law as urban monument reservation. Administrative parts Villages of Dvory, Nadlesí and Údolí are administrative parts of Loket. Etymology Both Loket and Elbogen mean " elbow" in Czech and German, respectively. Romain Febvre (born 31 December 1991) is a French professional motocross racer. He has competed in the FIM Motocross World Championships since 2012. Febvre is notable for winning the 2015 MXGP World Championship. He was a member of the winning French team at the Motocross des Nations in 2015, 2016, 2017 & 2023.
