2021 Emilia Romagna Motorcycle Grand Prix
The 2021 Emilia Romagna motorcycle Grand Prix (officially known as the Gran Premio Nolan del Made in Italy e dell'Emilia-Romagna) was the sixteenth round of the 2021 Grand Prix motorcycle racing season. It was held at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli in Misano Adriatico on 24 October 2021. The VR46 team unveils a special livery that will be used by Marco Bezzecchi and Celestino Vietti in the Moto2 class, as well as Luca Marini in the MotoGP premier class. Sky Racing Team VR46, which usually wears black and blue livery, has now completely changed to yellow with Grazie Vale writing on the side of the bike. This was done as a form of respect for Valentino Rossi who decided to retire at the end of the 2021 season. Ajo Motorsport is a Finnish Grand Prix motorcycle racing team, currently competing in the Moto2 and Moto3 classes under the name Red Bull KTM Ajo and in the MotoE class under the name Avant Ajo MotoE. Fabio Quartararo (; born 20 April 1999), nicknamed El Diablo, is a French Grand Prix motorcycle rider racing in MotoGP for Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP. Having won the 2021 MotoGP World Championship, he is the first French World Champion in the premier class' history. Pedro Acosta Sánchez (born 25 May 2004) is a Spanish Grand Prix motorcycle racer, competing in Moto2 for the Red Bull KTM Ajo team. He is best known for winning the 2021 Moto3 World Championship in his first year, becoming the first rookie champion since Loris Capirossi in 1990, and the second youngest ever champion, just one day older than Capirossi was at the time of winning.
