Ivan Dodig and Édouard Roger-Vasselin were the defending champions from when the tournament was last held in 2019, but Dodig decided not to participate this year. Roger-Vasselin played alongside Henri Kontinen but lost in the quarterfinals to Matthew Ebden and John-Patrick Smith. Hugo Nys
Hugo Nys (; born 16 February 1991) is a Monégasque professional tennis player who previously represented France until 2019. A doubles specialist, he reached his highest ATP doubles ranking of No. 12 on 12 June 2023 and singles ranking of No. 327 on 29 July 2019.
