The 2020–21 season is Reyer Venezia's 149th in existence and the club's 11th consecutive season in the top tier Italian basketball. Overview Venezia starts the season with the confirmation of all the technical staff as it was the most successful Italian team of the 2019-20 season. As a matter of fact they were the only Italian team at winning something as they won the Italian Cup while the Italian championship along with all the European competition were cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. S.S.P. Reyer Venezia Mestre, commonly known as Reyer Venezia or simply Reyer, is an Italian professional basketball club that is based in Venice, Veneto. The club currently plays in the Lega Basket Serie A (LBA), the highest tier of basketball in Italy, as well as the EuroCup. Pallacanestro Trieste 2004 is an Italian professional basketball club based in Trieste. They play in the Lega Basket Serie A (LBA) since the 2018–19 season. The Allianz Dome serves as the club's home arena. Pallacanestro Virtus Roma, commonly known as Virtus Roma, was an Italian professional basketball club based in Rome, Lazio. It competed in the first division of Italian basketball, the LBA, for the last time in the 2020–21 season.
