Mbabane (; ss, ÉMbábáne, ) is a city in Eswatini (previously called Swaziland), and is one of the two capitals (along with Lobamba), serving as the executive capital. With an estimated population of 94,874 (2010), it is located on the Mbabane River and its tributary the Polinjane River in the Mdzimba Mountains. Ezulwini Valley is a valley of northwest Eswatini. Also known as "The Valley of Heaven", the valley lasts for about 30 kilometres, and is bounded to the east by the Mdzimba hills. The historical capital of Swaziland Lobamba is located in the valley, also known as the Royal Valley, a place of many legends of Swazi history. The main highway is the MR3 road; some parts have four lanes. The valley extends as far down as Kwaluseni. Somhlolo National Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Lobamba, Eswatini. Built in 1968, it has artificial turf and holds 20,000 fans (all standing). It is used for football and rugby matches. Manzini (formerly known as ''Bremersdorp'') is a large city in Eswatini (Swaziland), which is also the capital of Eswatini's Manzini Region. The city is the country's largest urban center ahead of Mbabane, with a population of 110,000 (2008). It is known as "The Hub" of Eswatini and lies on the MR3 road. Eswatini's primary industrial site at Matsapha lies near the town's western border. History A commercial center from the time a trading post was opened in 1885, Bremersdorp was designated a township in 1898. Simunye
Simunye is a sugar mill town on the lowveld in eastern Eswatini. Almost all of the residents of the town work for the Royal Eswatini Sugar Corporation's sugar mill located nearby. The town is located about south of the border crossing to South Africa (the border crossing is known as Bordergate on the Eswatini side and Mananga on the South African side) and about from the border crossing to Mozambique (known as Lomahashaon the Eswatini side and Namaacha on the Mozambique side). It lies slightly west of the Lubombo Mountains, about north-east of Siteki. The town is geographically only about north-west of Mhlumeni on the eastern border, but because of the mountain range it is probably faster by road detouring southwards through Siteki. ''Spirostachys africana'' is a medium-sized (about tall) deciduous tree with a straight, clear trunk, occurring in the warmer parts of Southern Africa. Its wood is known as tamboti, tambotie, tambootie or tambuti. It prefers growing in single-species copses in deciduous woodland, often along watercourses or on brackish flats and sandy soils.
