2020–21 Oklahoma State Cowgirls Basketball Team
The 2020–21 Oklahoma State Cowgirls basketball team represented Oklahoma State University in the 2020–21 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Cowgirls, led by tenth year head coach Jim Littell, played their home games at Gallagher-Iba Arena and were members of the Big 12 Conference. They finished the season 19–9, 13–5 in Big 12 play to finish in a tie for second place. As the third seed in the Big 12 Tournament the defeated Oklahoma in the Quarterfinals before losing to West Virginia in the Semifinals. They received an at-large bid to the NCAA women's basketball tournament. As the eight seed in the Alamo Regional, the defeated Wake Forest in the First Round before losing to eventual champions Stanford in the Second Round. Jim Littell
James Alan Littell (born September 28, 1955) is a former head coach of the Oklahoma State University women's basketball team. He is currently an assistant coach for the Wichita State. Littell spent 14 seasons as the head coach at Seward County Community College, where he had a record of 418–61 () and recorded nine conference titles. In 2005 he became an assistant coach at Oklahoma State under new coach Kurt Budke. East Central High School is one of nine high schools in Tulsa Public Schools in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The school is home to 1,143 students from East Tulsa. The majority of students transition into East Central from: East Central Junior High. History East Central was founded in 1904 as an independent school district. Muldrow is a town in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, United States. It is part of the Fort Smith, Arkansas-Oklahoma Metropolitan Statistical Area. Angelina College is a public community college with its main campus in Lufkin, Texas. Lufkin High School is a public high school located in Lufkin, Texas (United States) and is classified as a 5A school by the University Interscholastic League. Lufkin, Texas
Lufkin is the largest city in Angelina County, Texas and the county seat. The city is situated in Deep East Texas and about 60 miles west of the Texas-Louisiana border. Its estimated population is 35,021 as of July 1, 2019. Lufkin was founded in 1884 and named for Abraham P. Lufkin. It originally served as a stop on the Houston, East and West Texas Railway.
