2020–21 Martyr's Memorial B-Division League
The 2020–21 Martyr's Memorial B-Division League was the 2020-21 season of the Martyr's Memorial B-Division League. A total of 12 teams competed in the league. The season started on 23 February and concluded on 5 March. On 18 March 2020, the All Nepal Football Association suspended the League due to the coronavirus pandemic after matchday 5. On 23 December 2020, it was decided that the league would resume on 23 February 2021. Martyr's Memorial B-Division League
Martyr's Memorial 'B' Division League ( Nepali: शहीद स्मारक बी डिभिजन लीग) is the second tier of the association football league of Nepal football league system after the Martyr's Memorial A-Division League. It was established in 2003 and is run by the All Nepal Football Association.It is currently being held in ANFA Complex. Structure The league is formatted as a single round-robin tournament with the top two team getting promoted to the Martyr's Memorial A-Division League and the bottom two teams relegated to the Martyr's Memorial C-Division League. This structure has not remained constant however as the league structure is changed every year by the All Nepal Football Association. Madhyapur Thimi
Madhyapur Thimi, also known as Thimi, ( ne, मध्यपुर थिमि) is a municipality in Bhaktapur District in the Bagmati Zone of central Nepal. Thimi lies between Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur in the Kathmandu Valley. It is one of the ancient cultural and historical places along the trade route from Bhaktapur to Kathmandu. The city is situated on elevated land and occupies an area of , divided into nine administrative wards. The mayor was Madan Sundar Shrestha of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist) of Nepal. Archaeology There are indications that the city may be as old as 3000 BC. Martyr's Memorial C-Division League ( Nepali: शहीद स्मारक सि डिभिजन लीग) is the third tier association football league of Nepali football league system after the Martyr's Memorial A-Division League and the Martyr's Memorial B-Division League. It is run by the All Nepal Football Association. Structure The league is the third highest and lowest centrally organized league in Nepal. Madhyapur Youth Association is a Nepali association football club based in Thimi, Bhaktapur. The club plays in the Martyr's Memorial B-Division League. It was founded in 2064 B.S. by former national goalkeeper Upendra Man Singh In 2012, the team became the first club from Bhaktapur to reach the Martyr's Memorial A-Division League but got relegated in the same season.
