The 2020–21 season is Grimsby Town's 143rd in existence and their fifth consecutive season in EFL League Two. Along with competing in League Two, the club will also participate in the FA Cup, EFL Cup and EFL Trophy. The season covers the period from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2021. The team struggled through the course of the season with relegation to the National League confirmed on April 27 after a 3-2 loss to Exeter City F.C. Grimsby or Great Grimsby is a port town and the administrative centre of North East Lincolnshire, Lincolnshire, England. Grimsby adjoins the town of Cleethorpes directly to the south-east forming a conurbation. Grimsby is north-east of Lincoln, (via the Humber Bridge) south-south-east of Hull, south-east of Scunthorpe, east of Doncaster and south-east of Leeds. Bilel Mohsni
Bilel Mohsni (born 21 July 1987) is a former professional footballer who played as a centre-back. He notably played for Rangers where he was part of the Ibrox team who earned promotion in 2014 following their demotion to the foot of the Scottish football system. He also had spells in the English Football League with Southend United, Ipswich Town and Grimsby Town and back in Scotland with Dundee United. Born in France he also saw spells in the country with CO Les Ulis, Mende, US Saint-Georges, Sainte-Geneviève Sports, Angers and Paris FC. In the final few seasons of his career he also played in Tunisia, Saudi Arabia with Étoile du Sahel and Al-Rawdhah, as well as returning back to England with non-league side Barnet and Northern Irish side Dungannon Swifts. Daniel Stephen Rose (born 21 February 1988) is an English footballer who plays as a midfielder for club Darlington, where he is also a first-team coach. A former captain of Manchester United Reserves, Rose joined Oxford United in 2007 following a four-month loan spell. He switched to Newport County the following year, and helped Newport to the Conference South title in 2009–10. Alhagi Marie Touray Sisay (born 31 December 1999), known as Touray, is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a striker. Touray came through the youth system at Llagostera before playing for CF Santvicentí.
