2020–21 Benevento Calcio Season
The 2020–21 season was the first season of Benevento back in the top-flight of Italian football following promotion from Serie B. It was also only be the club's second ever season in Serie A. In addition to the domestic league, Benevento participated in this season's edition of the Coppa Italia. The season covered the period from 7 August 2020 to 30 June 2021. Benevento Calcio, commonly referred to as Benevento, is an Italian football club based in Benevento, Campania. The club was originally founded in 1929 and then re-founded in 2005. They currently compete in Serie B, having been relegated from Serie A in the 2020–21 season. History Early history The club was founded as Associazione Calcio Benevento in 1929, their original home was the ''Meomartini'' which was built by Ciccio Minocchia. After working their way up the country's lower divisions during their early years, Benevento reached Prima Divisione, Italy's third highest professional league at the time, in the 1934–35 season. Spezia Calcio is a professional Association football, football club based in La Spezia, Liguria, Italy. Spezia Calcio was founded in 1906 by the Swiss banker Hermann Hurni (or Hurny in some documents), who played for the early Crystal Palace amateur teams in London during his time there as a student. Massimo Volta (born 14 May 1987) is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a defender for Eccellenza amateurs Carpenedolo. Alessandro Tuia
Alessandro Tuia (born 8 June 1990) is an Italian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for club Cremonese. Club career Tuia is a product of the Lazio youth academy and former captain of the '' Primavera'' youth team, being invited to train with the senior side in the 2008-09 season. Christian Maggio (; born 11 February 1982) is an Italian former footballer who played as a right-back, as a wing-back, or as a right winger. Carpi FC 1909
A.C. Carpi is an Italian professional football club based in Carpi, a city in the province of Modena. The club was founded in 1909, re-founded in 2000 and 2022.
