2020–21 Albanian Cup
2020–21 Albanian Cup () was the sixty-ninth season of Albania's annual cup competition, the Albanian Cup. Teuta were the defending champions. Vllaznia won the cup, their seventh title in the competition. Format Unlike the previous season, all ties are played in a one-leg format, due to a congested schedule. If the score is tied after the regular time, the match is decided by extra time and a penalty shoot-out, if necessary. The preliminary round did not take place. First round All 27 eligible teams of the 2020–21 Kategoria Superiore and Kategoria e Parë entered in this round along with 5 teams from the Kategoria e Dytë. Klubi I Futbollit Vllaznia Shkodër, commonly known as Vllaznia is an Albanian football club based in the city of Shkodër. It is the association football branch of the Vllaznia Sports Club, which was founded on 16 February 1919. It is also the oldest club in Albania which means it is the first club created in Albania. The club have competed in every edition of Kategoria Superiore since 1930, which is the top tier of football in Albania, besides in the 1956–57, 1961-62 and 2018-19 football seasons. KS Korabi is an Albanian football club based in Peshkopi, named after the nearby Mount Korab, which is the tallest mountain in Albania and North Macedonia. The club's home ground is the Korabi Stadium. History Early history The club was founded in 1930 as ''Bashkimi Dibran Peshkopi'', and they competed in the Albanian First Division for the first time in 1936, where they were placed in Group B alongside Devolli Bilisht, and the eventual group winners Shkumbini Peqin. KF Egnatia, also known as Egnatia Rrogozhinë, is an Albanian Football Association, Albanian football club based in Rrogozhinë. They play their home games at Rrogozhinë Stadium, which has a capacity of 4000 spectators. The club was founded on 15 September 1934 under the name 22 Shtatori Rrogozhinë, and in 1991, the name of the club was changed to Vullneti Rrogozhinë, before renaming to its current name KS Egnatia Rrogozhinë in 1998. Klubi i Futbollit Burreli is an Albanian football club based in Burrel, Mat District. Their home ground is the Liri Ballabani Stadium and they compete in the Kategoria e Parë. History The club was founded in 1928, but was not an organised club until 1935 under the name ''Deja Burrel''. KS Kastrioti, also known as Kastrioti Krujë, is an Albanian football club based in the city of Krujë. The club's home ground is the Kastrioti Stadium which has a capacity of 8,000 spectators and they currently compete in the Kategoria Superiore.
