2020 Macau Grand Prix
The 2020 Macau Grand Prix was a Formula 4 (F4) car race that took place on the streets of Macau on 22 November 2020. Because of strict Chinese quarantine regulations brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, the race became an F4 event (rather than Formula Three) for the first time in 37 years and was part of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA)-administered China Formula 4 Championship. The event featured two races: an eight-lap qualifying race to set the grid for the twelve-lap main event. The 2020 Macau Grand Prix was the race's 67th running, the first for F4 cars, and the final meeting of the three-round 2020 China Formula 4 Championship. Hon Chio Leong of Smart Life Racing Team won the Grand Prix from pole position after winning the qualification race the day before. Mygale Racing Car Constructor (Mygale SARL) is a French racing car manufacturer that specialises in the production of single seater chassis for use in formula racing. China Formula 4 Championship
F4 Chinese Championship () is a racing series regulated according to FIA Formula 4. The inaugural season was the 2015–16 edition. History Gerhard Berger and the FIA Singleseater Commission launched the FIA Formula 4 in March 2013. The goal of Formula 4 is to make the ladder to Formula 1 more transparent. It involves sporting and technical regulations and regulates costs. Cars competing in this category are not allowed to cost more than €30,000. A single season in a Formula 4 may not exceed €100,000. Euroformula Open Championship
The Euroformula Open Championship (formerly the Spanish Formula Three Championship, European F3 Open Championship) is a junior formula racing series based in Spain. It was one of six national and international Formula Three championships in Europe and Scandinavia that together used to form an important part of the established "career ladder" below Formula One. The championship's first season was held in 2001. In 2006, it was branded as the Spanish F3 Championship by Toyota, in deference to its sole engine supplier. 2019 Macau Grand Prix
The 2019 Macau Grand Prix (formally the 66th Suncity Group Macau Grand Prix – FIA F3 World Cup) was a motor race for Formula Three cars held on the streets of Macau on 17 November 2019. Unlike past races, the 2019 Macau Grand Prix was held as a non-championship round of the FIA Formula 3 Championship, and was open to drivers from all Formula Three championships. The race itself was made up of two races: a ten-lap qualifying race that decided the starting grid for the fifteen-lap main event. The 2019 race was the 66th running of the Macau Grand Prix, the 37th for Formula Three cars and the fourth edition of the FIA F3 World Cup. FIA Formula 3 Championship
The FIA Formula 3 Championship is a third-tier international single-seater racing championship and organised by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). The championship launched in 2019 as a feeder series for the FIA Formula 1 World Championship and FIA Formula 2 Championships.
