2020 Kyrgyz Premier League
The 2020 Kyrgyz Premier League ('' ky, 2020 Кыргыз Премьер Лигасы, 2020 Keurgeuz Premjer Ligaseu'') was the 29th season of the Kyrgyzstan League, Kyrgyzstan's top division of association football organized by the Football Federation of Kyrgyz Republic. The season started in March 2020, with nine teams participating. Teams Prior to the start of the season, Akademija Osh was split into two clubs, ''FC Kaganat'' and ''FC Lider''. :''Note: Table lists in alphabetical order. Kyrgyz Premier League
Kyrgyz Premier League ('' ky, Кыргыз Премьер Лигасы, Keurgeuz Premier Ligaseu'') is the division of professional football in Kyrgyzstan. It was created in 1992 after the Dissolution of the Soviet Union. The league is composed of eight teams. The most successful team is FC Dordoi Bishkek, Dordoi Bishkek who have won the league thirteen times. The winner of the league earns a spot in the AFC Cup preliminary qualifying round, Asia's second highest club continental competition. The team with the worst record at the end of each season is demoted to the Kyrgyzstan League Second Level. Starting from the 2019 season, the league was rebranded as the Kyrgyz Premier League. Andriy Yuriyovych Lyashenko ( uk, Андрій Юрійович Ляшенко; born 11 June 1998) is a Ukrainian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Epitsentr Kamianets-Podilskyi. Issyk-Kul Region ( ky, Ысык-Көл облусу, Ysyk-Köl oblusu; russian: Иссык-Кульская область, Issyk-Kulskaya oblast) is one of the regions of Kyrgyzstan. Its capital is Karakol. Kara-Balta
Kara-Balta (lit. 'black ax', Russian and ky, Кара-Балта) is a city and municipality on the Kara-Balta River, in Chüy Region, Kyrgyzstan, the capital of Jayyl District. It was founded in 1825 under the Kokand Khanate, and received city status in 1975 under the Soviets. Its population was 48,278 in 2021. Kara-Balta is located on the northern slopes of the Kyrgyz Ala-Too, in the western part of Chüy Region, west of the capital of Bishkek. Bishkek ( ky, Бишкек), ), formerly Pishpek and Frunze, is the capital and largest city of Kyrgyzstan. Bishkek is also the administrative centre of the Chüy Region.
