2020 China League Two
The 2020 Chinese Football Association Division Two League season was the 31st season since its establishment in 1989. The season was scheduled to begin on 14 March and end on 17 October 2020, but was postponed following the coronavirus pandemic in China. On 12 October 2020, Chinese Football Association announced that the season would be resumed on 24 October 2020. In this season, 21 teams were split into two groups. China League Two
The Chinese Football Association Division Two League (Simplified Chinese: 中国足球协会乙级联赛), or China League Two, is the third tier league of the People's Republic of China. The league is under the auspices of the Chinese Football Association. Above the League Two is the premier league - the Chinese Super League and the League One. The league below China League Two is the Chinese Champions League. There are two groups in League Two, northern and southern. The top four teams from each group enter the promotion play-off after each regular season. Harbin Songbei Yiteng and Chongqing F.C. reached promotion play-off final in 2011 and the two clubs were promoted to League One. Baoding Yingli ETS () is a professional Chinese football club that participates in the China League One division under licence from the Chinese Football Association (CFA). The team is based in Baoding, Hebei and their home stadium is the 13,000 capacity Baoding People's Stadium. Their owner is the Baoding City Real Estate Group Co., Ltd. History The club was originally formed as Hebei Yingli (河北英利) in 2008 as an affiliated team by the China Yingli group, where they took part as an amateur team in the Hebei Amateur Football League. The 2020 China League One ( zh, 2020中国足球协会甲级联赛) was the 17th season of the China League One, the second tier of the Chinese football league pyramid, since its establishment in 2004. The season was scheduled to begin on 29 February and end on 1 November, but was postponed following the COVID-19 pandemic in China. On 26 August 2020, Chinese Football Association announced that the season would be resumed on 12 September 2020 and 18 teams would be split into three groups in three locations, Group A in Chengdu, hosted by Chengdu Better City, Group B in Meizhou, hosted by Meizhou Hakka, and Group C in Changzhou, hosted by Kunshan F.C.
