2020 Abilene Christian Wildcats Football Team
The 2020 Abilene Christian Wildcats football team represented Abilene Christian University in the 2020–21 NCAA Division I FCS football season as a member of the Southland Conference. The Wildcats were led by fourth-year head coach Adam Dorrel and played their home games at Anthony Field at Wildcat Stadium. The Wildcats finished the season with a 1–5 overall record. The Wildcats were picked to finish seventh in the conference, prior to their schedule split from the rest of the league. Adam Dorrel
Adam Dorrel (born December 2, 1974) is an American football coach and former player. He is the current head coach of the Central Oklahoma Bronchos football team in Edmond, Oklahoma, a position he will begin in 2022. Previously Dorrel was the head coach at Northwest Missouri State in Maryville, Missouri from 2011 to 2016, and Abilene Christian in Abilene, Texas, from 2017 to 2021. While at Northwest Missouri State he led the program to three undefeated seasons and the NCAA Division II Football Championship in 2013, 2015, and 2016. Early life, family, and playing career Dorrel is to date the only Maryville native to coach Northwest Missouri State. He graduated from Maryville High School, where he was a two-time All-Midland Empire Conference and all-district lineman. In 1992 Dorrel was named as an all-state offensive lineman. Scott Stadium
Scott Stadium is a stadium located in Charlottesville, Virginia. It is the home of the Virginia Cavaliers football team. It sits on the University of Virginia's Grounds, east of Hereford College and first-year dorms on Alderman Road but west of Brown College and the Lawn. 2020 Virginia Cavaliers Football Team
The 2020 Virginia Cavaliers football team represented the University of Virginia during the 2020 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Cavaliers were led by fifth-year head coach Bronco Mendenhall and played their home games at Scott Stadium. The team competed as members of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). After completing their regular season with an overall 5–5 record (4–5 in ACC play), the program announced on December 13 that it would not participate in any bowl game. Schedule Virginia had games scheduled against Georgia, Old Dominion, UConn, VMI, and Florida State, which were all canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Arizona Christian Firestorm Football
The Arizona Christian Firestorm football team is the intercollegiate football team of Arizona Christian University (ACU). The Firestorm are part of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA). The Firestorm won the CSFL Championship in their first two seasons competing in the conference. As of November 12, 2016, the Firestorm have an all-time record of 15–13. The team's motto is "Roll Storm." History The Inaugural Season (2014) On September 14, 2013, ACU President Len Munsil announced that the team would begin play in the NAIA the following season. The Angelo State Rams football team represents Angelo State University in NCAA Division II college football. The Rams compete in the South Division of the Lone Star Conference. Angelo State has earned one national title and three conference titles since becoming a member of the Lone Star Conference. The Tony and Nancy Moye Football and Lacrosse Complex (also known as Moye Complex, the stadium itself is officially named Five Star Stadium) is a 10,200 seat football and lacrosse stadium on the campus of Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, United States.
