2019–20 Slovenian Second League
The 2019–20 Slovenian Second League season was the 29th edition of the Slovenian Second League. The season began on 27 July 2019 and ended prematurely on 11 May 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the last matches played on 8 March 2020. Competition format Each team was supposed to play a total of 30 matches (15 home and 15 away). Teams played two matches against each other (1 home and 1 away). FC Koper
Football Club Koper, commonly referred to as FC Koper or simply Koper, is a Slovenian football club based in Koper that competes in the Slovenian PrvaLiga, the top flight of Football in Slovenia, Slovenian football. Dravograd Sports Centre
Dravograd Sports Centre ( sl, Športni center Dravograd) is a multi-purpose stadium in Dravograd, Slovenia. It is mainly used for football matches and is the home ground of the local football club NK Dravograd. The stadium was the main venue for the Slovenia women's national football team in the UEFA Women's Euro 2009 qualifiers. The stadium was built in 1995 and was renovated in 1999. Dravograd
Dravograd (; german: Unterdrauburg) is a small town in northern Slovenia, close to the border with Austria. It is the seat of the Municipality of Dravograd. It lies on the Drava River at the confluence with the Meža and the Mislinja. It is part of the traditional Slovenian provinces of Carinthia and the larger Carinthia Statistical Region. Ptuj
Ptuj (; german: Pettau, ; la, Poetovium/Poetovio) is a town in northeastern Slovenia that is the seat of the Municipality of Ptuj. Ptuj, the oldest recorded city in Slovenia, has been inhabited since the late Stone Age and developed from a Roman military fort. Ptuj was located at a strategically important crossing of the Drava River, along a prehistoric trade route between the Baltic Sea and the Adriatic. Brežice
Brežice (; german: Rann ) is a town in eastern Slovenia in the Lower Sava Valley, near the Croatian border. It is the seat of the Municipality of Brežice. Dobrovo
Dobrovo (; it, Castel Dobra) is a settlement the Littoral region of Slovenia, close to the border with Italy. It is the administrative centre of the Municipality of Brda. The Municipality of Miren-Kostanjevica (; sl, Občina Miren - Kostanjevica, it, Comune di Merna Castagnevizza) is a municipality in western Slovenia, on the border with Italy. Beltinci
Beltinci (; Prekmurje Slovene: ''Böltinci'', hu, Belatinc or ''Belatincz'', ger, (Alt)Fellsdorf) is a town in the Prekmurje region of northeastern Slovenia. It is the seat of the Municipality of Beltinci. Črnec Creek, a tributary of the Ledava, flows through the settlement.
