The 2019–20 season was PAOK Football Club's 94th in existence and the club's 61st consecutive season in the top flight of Greek football. The team attempted to defend their Super League and Greek Football Cup titles won during the 2018–19 season, and also competed in the play-offs to qualify for the UEFA Europa League. 2018–19 Super League Greece
The 2018–19 Super League Greece, or ''Super League Souroti'' for sponsorship reasons, was the 83rd season of the highest tier in league of Greek football and the 13th under its current name. The season started on 25 August 2018 and concluded on 22 May 2019 with the relegation play-offs. AEK Athens were the defending champions. OFI and Aris joined as the promoted clubs from the 2017–18 Football League, replacing Platanias and Kerkyra who were relegated to the 2018–19 Football League. PAOK won their third championship and their first one in 34 years, by beating Levadiakos on the penultimate round of the league. They also clinched the championship without a defeat, thus becoming the second club to do so in Greek football, after Panathinaikos in 1963–64. Amr Medhat Mohsen Warda ( arz, عمرو مدحت محسن وردة; born 17 September 1993) is an Egyptian professional footballer who plays as a winger or attacking midfielder. Miroslav Stoch (born 19 October 1989) is a Slovak professional footballer, who currently plays as a winger for Motorlet Prague and competed for the Slovakia national team. Anderson Esiti (born 24 May 1994) is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Hungarian NB I club Ferencváros and the Nigeria national team. PAOK Sports Center (also known as Nea Mesimvria sports center) is the training ground and academy headquarters of Greek football club PAOK FC, located in Nea Mesimvria, Chalkidona, Thessaloniki regional unit, Greece. It is the first training center owned by the club. Before that, PAOK first team and the academies were renting several training centers in Thessaloniki. Construction on the Nea Mesimvria area began in February 2009, and was opened in September 2011 where the first coaching session took place. Giorgos Koudas ( el, Γιώργος Κούδας; born 23 November 1946) is a Greek former professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder. He spent his entire career in PAOK.
