The Melbourne Stars are an Australian Twenty20 franchise cricket team, based in Melbourne, Victoria that competes in Australia's Twenty20 competition, the Big Bash League. The Stars wear a green uniform and play their home matches at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Tom Banton
Thomas Banton (born 11 November 1998) is an English cricketer. He made his international debut for the England cricket team in November 2019. Domestic and franchise career Banton made his Twenty20 cricket debut for Somerset in the 2017 NatWest t20 Blast on 16 July 2017. He made his first-class debut for Somerset in the 2018 County Championship on 18 September 2018. In 2019, he became a regular in all three formats, scoring two centuries in Somerset's victorious Royal London One-Day Cup campaign as well as a maiden T20 century against Kent in the Vitality Blast. Jonathan Wells (cricketer)
Jonathan Wayne Wells (born 13 August 1988) is an Australian cricket player, who plays for Western Australia in first-class and one-day cricket, and the Melbourne Renegades in the Big Bash League (BBL). He originates from Tasmania, and represented Tasmania in both first-class and one-day cricket prior. Wells spent several seasons on the cusp of selection for Tasmania before making his first-class debut in 2008. He spent the next seven years fighting to keep a spot in the state team while improving his form in both one-day and Twenty20 cricket, playing for the Hobart Hurricanes in the BBL. Clive Andrew Rose (born 13 October 1989) is an Australian cricketer who played for Victoria and Tasmania. Rose is a left-arm orthodox spinner. He is of Pakistani heritage.
