2019–20 Illinois State Redbirds Men's Basketball Team
The 2019–20 Illinois State Redbirds men's basketball team represented Illinois State University during the 2019–20 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Redbirds, led by eighth-year head coach Dan Muller, played their home games at Redbird Arena in Normal, Illinois as a member of the Missouri Valley Conference. They finished the season 10–21, 5–13 in conference play to finish in ninth place. They lost in the opening round of the MVC tournament as the number nine seed to Drake. Previous season The Redbrids finished the season 17–16, 9–9 in MVC play to finish in a three-way tie for fifth place. Dan Muller (basketball)
Daniel Paul Muller (born February 21, 1976) is an American college basketball coach, formerly the men's basketball head coach at his alma mater Illinois State University. Biography Muller was born in Lafayette, Indiana to parents Cliff and Tricia. He attended Lafayette Central Catholic Jr/Sr High School, Lafayette Central Catholic High School, graduating in 1994. After high school, Muller attended Illinois State University. On the Illinois State Redbirds men's basketball team, Muller played as a Forward (basketball), forward from 1994 to 1998 under head coach Kevin Stallings. Eastern Kentucky Colonels Men's Basketball
The Eastern Kentucky Colonels men's basketball team is a college basketball team at Eastern Kentucky University (EKU), located in Richmond, Kentucky, United States. The Colonels are members of the ASUN Conference, which they joined in 2021 after having been members of the Ohio Valley Conference since that league's founding in 1948. Home games are played at Alumni Coliseum, located on EKU's campus. The team last played in the NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament in 2014. The Colonels are coached by A.W. The San Jose State Spartans men's basketball team represents San José State University in NCAA Division I college basketball as a member of the Mountain West Conference. History The SJSU men's basketball team played its first recorded game in 1909. The team has won 10 conference championships, appeared in the NCAA tournament three times, appeared once in the National Invitation Tournament (NIT), and once in the College Basketball Invitational (CBI). From the 1930s to 1976, the team played home games at the on-campus Spartan Gym. Starting in 1961, the team also played home games at the off-campus San Jose Civic Auditorium. Westchester Enriched Sciences Magnets (WESM) is a magnet high school in the Los Angeles Unified School District, West Region. The Wichita State Shockers men's basketball team is the NCAA Division I college basketball program representing Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas.
