Casey Larson
Casey Larson (born 16 December 1998) is an American ski jumper. According to historian Bill Malon, he was the 100,000th Olympic male athlete to compete in the Olympic Games (across Summer and Winter Games). Career In 2016, Larson participated at the Winter Youth Olympics in Lillehammer and the Junior World Championships in Rasnov. He was one of three Chicago-area teens to make the 2018 Olympics ski jumping team, where he finished in 39th place in the normal hill individual event. He also competed at the 2022 Winter Olympics, finishing in 39th place on the normal hill and in 43rd place on the large hill. Jaka Hvala (born 15 July 1993) is a retired Slovenian ski jumper. In 2013, he became a Junior World Champion. His personal best jump is 213 metres, set in 2012 in Planica. Career Hvala made his World Cup debut in 2012 in Zakopane where he finished 29th. After some World Cup break, he gained points in Lahti with ninth place and in Oslo with eighth place. Râșnov Ski Jump ( ro, Trambulina Valea Cărbunării) is a ski jumping hill located within the Râșnov Sports Complex, in the Cărbunării Valley, southeast of Râșnov, Romania. It is the country's second largest ski jumping hill after the disused 110-meter Tintina. The whole ski jumping complex consists of four hills, with K-points of 90, 64, 35 and 15 meters, respectively. The 90-meter hill was designed by a Romanian architect and opened in 2012. The three other smaller hills were designed by the Austrian architect Christian Aske.
