The 2019–20 season was Football Club de Nantes's 76th season in existence and the club's 16th consecutive season in the top flight of French football. FC Nantes
Football Club de Nantes (; Gallo: ''Naunnt''), commonly referred to as FC Nantes or simply Nantes (), is a French professional football club based in Nantes in Pays de la Loire. The club was founded on 21 April 1943, during World War II, as a result of local clubs based in the city coming together to form one large club. From 1992 to 2007, the club was referred to as FC Nantes Atlantique before reverting to its current name at the start of the 2007–08 season. Dennis Appiah ( ; born 9 June 1992) is a French professional footballer who plays for club Saint-Étienne. He was a France youth international, having earned caps at under-16, under-17, and under-18 level. Appiah plays as a defensive midfielder and is also capable of playing in defence as a centre-back. Career On 19 May 2010, Appiah signed his first professional contract agreeing to a three-year deal. He made his professional debut on 1 August 2011 in a league match against Boulogne. Pyramids Football Club ( ar, نادي بيراميدز لكرة القدم or ) is an Egyptian professional football club based in Cairo that competes in the Egyptian Premier League, the highest league in the Egyptian football league system.
