2019–20 Coastal Carolina Chanticleers Men's Basketball Team
The 2019–20 Coastal Carolina Chanticleers men's basketball team represented Coastal Carolina University in the 2019–20 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Chanticleers, led by 13th-year head coach Cliff Ellis, played their home games at the HTC Center in Conway, South Carolina as members of the Sun Belt Conference. They finished the season 16–17, 8–12 in Sun Belt play to finish in a three-way tie for eighth place. They defeated UT Arlington in the first round of the Sun Belt tournament before losing in the second round to Appalachian State. Previous season The Chanticleers finished the 2018–19 season 17–17, 9–9 in Sun Belt play to finish in a tie for 6th place. They were defeated by Louisiana–Monroe in the second round of the Sun Belt tournament. Cliff Ellis
Robert Clifford Ellis (born December 5, 1945) is an American college basketball coach, currently the head coach at Coastal Carolina University. Going into the 2020–21 season, Coach Ellis's 800 NCAA Division I victories rank him 8th on the list of all-time career coaching victories in NCAA Division I basketball. Ellis is a member of three Halls of Fame after entering Clemson's in 2013. He was already part of the Mobile Sports and Cumberland University Halls of Fame. Ellis has compiled a Division I record of 817-540 (.602) and an overall record of 894-550(.619). He ranks third in NCAA Division I wins among active coaches. He is also just one of four coaches in NCAA Division I history to make multiple NCAA Tournament appearances with four separate schools and has been named conference Coach of the Year six times in his career. 2018–19 West Virginia Mountaineers Men's Basketball Team
The 2018–19 West Virginia Mountaineers men's basketball team represented West Virginia University during the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Mountaineers were coached by Bob Huggins, in his 12th season as WVU's head coach, and played their home games at the WVU Coliseum in Morgantown, West Virginia as members of the Big 12 Conference. In a season of bad records, the team finished with the most losses in a season in school history and also had its first last-place finish in Big 12 Conference play. They finished the season 15–21, 4–14 in Big 12 Play to finish in last place. They defeated Oklahoma and Texas Tech to advance to the semifinals of the Big 12 tournament where they lost to Kansas. Freeport, Bahamas
Freeport is a city, district and free trade zone on the island of Grand Bahama of the northwest Bahamas. Spring Valley is a village in the towns of Ramapo and Clarkstown in Rockland County, New York, United States. It is located north of Chestnut Ridge, east of Airmont and Monsey, south of Hillcrest, and west of Nanuet. Crawley
Crawley () is a large town and borough in West Sussex, England. It is south of London, north of Brighton and Hove, and north-east of the county town of Chichester.
