2019 UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship
The 2019 UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship (also known as UEFA Women's Under-17 Euro 2019) was the 12th edition of the UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship, the annual international youth football championship organised by UEFA for the women's under-17 national teams of Europe. Bulgaria, which were selected by UEFA on 9 December 2016, hosted the tournament from 5 to 17 May 2019. A total of eight teams played in the tournament, with players born on or after 1 January 2002 eligible to participate. Starting from this season, up to five substitutions are permitted per team in each match. Moreover, each match has a regular duration of 90 minutes, instead of 80 minutes in previous seasons. Germany won their seventh title after beating Netherlands on penalties. Spain were the defending champions and were knocked out from the tournament by Netherlands in the semifinal. 2015 UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship
The 2015 UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship was the eighth edition of the UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship, the annual European youth football competition contested by the women's under-17 national teams of the member associations of UEFA. Iceland hosted the tournament. Players born on or after 1 January 1998 were eligible to participate in this competition. Each match lasted 80 minutes, consisting of two halves of 40 minutes, with an interval of 15 minutes. Qualification A total of 44 UEFA nations entered the competition, and with the hosts Iceland qualifying automatically, the other 43 teams competed in the qualifying competition to determine the remaining seven spots in the final tournament. Goal difference, goal differential or points difference is a form of tiebreaker used to rank sport teams which finish on equal points in a league competition. Either "goal difference" or "points difference" is used, depending on whether matches are scored by goals (as in ice hockey and association football) or by points (as in rugby union and basketball). Stadion Druzhba ( bg, Стадион „Дружба", en, 'Druzhba Stadium', ) was built in the late 1950s. Donations amounting to about 87 million BGN covered the construction costs. Albena
Albena ( bg, Албена) is a major Black Sea resort in northeastern Bulgaria, Balchik Municipality, situated from Balchik and from Varna. Albena is served by Varna Airport. Since 2005 is considered as a settlement by the National Statistical Institute. Albena is one of the purpose-built resorts on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast and has a uniform and unique architectural style. 2014 UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship
The 2014 UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship was the seventh edition of the UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship. England hosted the final tournament from 26 November to 8 December 2013, taking it for the first time outside of Nyon, Switzerland. It was the first edition to feature eight finalist teams, and served as the qualifier for the 2014 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup, to be held in March–April 2014.
