The ''Union Cycliste Internationale'' (UCI; ; en, International Cycling Union) is the world governing body for sports cycling and oversees international competitive cycling events. The UCI is based in Aigle, Switzerland. The UCI issues racing licenses to riders and enforces disciplinary rules, such as in matters of doping. The UCI also manages the classification of races and the points ranking system in various cycling disciplines including road and track cycling, mountain biking and BMX, for both men and women, amateur and professional. Hannah Roberts (born August 10, 2001) is an American Freestyle BMX, BMX freestyle cyclist. She is a five time world champion in the UCI Urban Cycling World Championships and silver medalist in Cycling at the 2020 Summer Olympics – Women's BMX freestyle, freestyle BMX at the 2020 Summer Olympics, Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Jack Carthy (born 8 August 1996 in Haworth, West Yorkshire, England) is a Mountain bike rider who competes in the 26-inch category. He is the reigning UCI elite world champion and UCI World Cup champion. Career Carthy began competing on the elite UCI Trials World Cup in 2012. He finished third in his first World Cup event in Aalter, Belgium aged just 15. He won the overall Elite World Cup title in 2014 while still a junior, winning 3 of the 5 rounds. He successfully defended his World Cup title in 2015 and 2016 and is thus the reigning UCI World Cup champion. ''Manon'' () is an ''opéra comique'' in five acts by Jules Massenet to a French libretto by Henri Meilhac and Philippe Gille, based on the 1731 novel '' L'histoire du chevalier des Grieux et de Manon Lescaut'' by the Abbé Prévost. It was first performed at the Opéra-Comique in Paris on 19 January 1884, with sets designed by Eugène Carpezat (act 1), Auguste Alfred Rubé and Philippe Chaperon (acts 2 and 3), and Jean-Baptiste Lavastre (act 4).
