2019 Stabæk Fotball Season
The 2019 season was Stabæk's sixth season back in the Eliteserien following their relegation in 2012 and their 23rd season in the top flight of Norwegian football. Stabæk finished the season in 8th position and were knocked out of the Norwegian Cup by Viking in the Fourth Round. Stabæk Fotball
Stabæk Fotball is a Norwegian professional football club based in Bærum, a suburb of Oslo. It is part of the multi-sport organization Stabæk IF. Founded in 1912, the club's name is an archaic spelling of the suburban area Stabekk, from which it once originated. The club currently competes in the Norwegian First Division, the second tier of Football in Norway. Their home stadium is the Nadderud Stadion after a three-year-long stay at the Telenor Arena. Vålerenga Fotball () is a Norwegian association football club from Oslo and a part of the multi-sport club Vålerengens IF. Founded in 1913, the club is named after the neighbourhood of Vålerenga. Jeppe Moe
Jeppe Arctander Moe (born 3 August 1995) is a Norwegian professional footballer who plays as a defender for Eliteserien side Aalesund. Jeppe Arctander Moe began his career in his local club Fossum IF but later got picked up by Stabæk at the age of 13. After a successful stint in Stabæk's boys and junior teams, he moved to Florida to study at Stetson University from the autumn of 2014 on a sports scholarship. In 2016, he returned to Stabæk and signed a one-year contract with the senior team. After featuring in the early rounds of the 2016 Norwegian Football Cup, Moe made his league debut in May 2016 as a substitute against Rosenborg BK. Strømmen Idrettsforening is a Norwegian sports club from Strømmen. It has sections for football, athletics and gymnastics, and formerly had sections for bandy, orienteering, skiing, speed skating, swimming among other sports. Steinar Ryen Strømnes (born 19 March 1987) is a Norwegian footballer who plays for HamKam. He hails from Roa, and moved from minnows Hadeland to top-tier Vålerenga in 2003. Vadim Sergeievich Demidov (; born 10 October 1986) is a Norwegian retired international footballer who played as a central defender. Early life Demidov was born in Riga, Latvian Soviet Socialist Republic, Soviet Union, and is of Russian ethnicity. His father is handball player Sergei Demidov (1961–2020), who played internationally for the Soviet Union and later became a coach in Norway; the family moved to Sandefjord in 1989. Yaw Ihle Amankwah (born 7 July 1988) is a former Norwegian professional footballer. Career Amankwah has a Ghanaian father and a Norwegian mother and was born in Bergen. After playing for Fana IL, Amankwah was bought by Brann in the summer of 2007, but was loaned out to Fana for the rest of the 2007 season.
