2019 Singapore Cup
The 2019 Singapore Cup (also known as the Komoco Motors Singapore Cup for sponsorship reasons) is the 22nd edition of the Singapore Cup, Singapore's annual premier club football knock-out tournament organised by the Football Association of Singapore. The draw was held on 30 August 2019. The groups are as follows: Format Competition The Singapore Cup will commence on September 25, 2019 with a group phase of two groups with four teams each. The teams will compete in the single-round group stage. The top two teams advance to the semifinals with the group winners facing the runner-up team from the other group. The higher seeded teams will host the one-off semifinals. The final will consist of a single match as well. Andrey Varankow
Andrey Varankow (; born 8 February 1989), also spelled Andrey Voronkov, is a Belarusian footballer who plays as a forward for Bruneian club DPMM FC of the Singapore Premier League. Club career Varankow was on the books of Ukrainian powerhouses Dynamo Kiev in the first six years of his career, going frequently out on loan while starring for his country at youth and full international levels. He severed ties with Dynamo in 2013 and returned to Belarus with initially FC Slavia Mozyr and then FC Gorodeya, performing modestly for a few years. Muhammad Taqi Aljaafari Bin Jahari (born 25 October 1986) is a Singaporean international football referee. He has been a FIFA listed referee since 2012, and has also refereed a number of AFC Champions League matches. Taqi Aljaafari has also refereed matches in the 2017 FIFA U-17 World Cup in India. Jurong East Stadium
Jurong East Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Jurong East, Singapore. It is opened from 7am to 7.30pm. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Albirex Niigata Singapore FC and Tanjong Pagar United. The stadium holds 2,700 people and opened in 1998. It is one of only three stadiums in Singapore that does not have a running track, and was built to serve only as a football stadium. Gabriel Quak Jun Yi (, born 22 December 1990) is a Singaporean professional footballer who plays as a winger for the Singapore national team. Club career Young Lions Quak began his professional football career with Under-23 side Young Lions in the S.League in 2008. Our Tampines Hub (abbreviated as OTH) is an integrated community and lifestyle building in Tampines, Singapore. It is located on the grounds of the former Tampines Stadium and Tampines Sports Hall and is part of the development of the Tampines Regional Centre.
