The 2019 Internationaux Féminins de la Vienne was a professional tennis tournament played on indoor hard courts. It was the twenty-sixth edition of the tournament which was part of the 2019 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Poitiers, France between 21 and 27 October 2019. A hardcourt (or hard court) is a surface or floor on which a sport is played, most usually in reference to tennis courts. It is typically made of rigid materials such as asphalt or concrete, and covered with acrylic resins to seal the surface and mark the playing lines, while providing some cushioning. Historically, hardwood surfaces were also in use in indoor settings, similar to an indoor basketball court, but these surfaces are rare now. Lester Louis Adler (born December 13, 1933) is an American record and film producer and the co-owner of the Roxy Theatre in West Hollywood, California.
