The 2019 FC Shakhter Karagandy season was the 29th successive season that the club will play in the Kazakhstan Premier League, the highest tier of association football in Kazakhstan. Shakhter finished the season in 9th position whilst they were knocked out of the Kazakhstan Cup at the last 16 stage by FC Taraz. Season events On 20 June, Shakhter Karagandy extended their contract with Donjet Shkodra until the end of the 2020 season. On 26 June, Lukáš Droppa left Shakhter Karagandy. Football Club Shakhter ( kk, "Шахтер" футбол клубы, Shakhter fýtbol klýby), commonly referred to as FC Shakhter Karagandy ( kk, Қарағанды/Qarağandı ;Russian: Караганда/Karaganda), is a professional football club based in Karagandy, Kazakhstan. They have been members of the Kazakhstan Premier League since its foundation in 1992. History After reaching third place in 1995 and 2007, their first championship was won in 2011. FC Shakhter-Bulat ( kk, Шахтер–Болат футбол клубы, Shakhter–Bolat fýtbol klýby) is a Kazakhstani Football (soccer), football club based in Temirtau. It was previously known as FC Bolat CSKA (2004) and FC Bolat MSK(2005). It currently plays as the farm club of FC Shakhter Karagandy, Shakhter Karagandy. History Formed as Metallurg, the club was known as Stroitel between 1969 and 1977 before adopting their current name. They were a leading side in the Soviet-era game, winning the Kazakh SSR Cup seven times, including five consecutive triumphs between 1972 and 1976. Initially the club transferred their status to the independent Kazakhstan, and were founding members of the Kazakhstan Super League. Ivan Pešić (born 6 April 1992) is a Croatian footballer who plays as a left winger for Caspiy. Club career Pešić started his youth career in NK Oluja, the club from his native village of Čista Velika. At the age of 12, he moved to the seaside NK Vodice for two seasons before moving on to the HNK Hajduk Split youth setup. A youth U-19 international, he remained at the club in his first senior year, but featured only in friendlies and a single Croatian Football Cup match, against Jadran Gunja. Gevorg Najaryan ( hy, Գևորգ Նաջարյան; born 6 January 1998) is a Kazakh footballer of Armenian descent who plays as a central midfielder for Van. FC Vostok ( kk, Восток Футбол Клубы, ''Vostok Fýtbol Klýby'') was a Kazakhstan, Kazakh association football, football club from Oskemen (Ust-Kamenogorsk), and a founding member of the Kazakhstan Premier League in 1992. The club's best finish in the league was 5th place in 1997 and again in 1998. History On 19 September 2008, FC Shakhter and FC Vostok were found guilty of one count of match fixing. Coaches and management involved were banned from football for 60 months and both clubs were expelled from the Kazakhstan Premier League On 2 October 2008, the Football Federation of Kazakhstan revised these decisions. FC Vostok's expulsion was upheld, while FC Shakhter's punishment was reduced to a deduction of nine points. The result of the fixed match was annulled, and all remaining Vostok games were to be counted as won 3–0 by their opponents. However, the expulsion of FC Vostok from the Kazakhstan Cup 2008 was revoked.

FC Irtysh Pavlodar ( kk, Ертіс Футбол Клубы, ''Ertis Fýtbol Klýby'') was a Kazakh professional football club based at the Central Stadium in Pavlodar. Stanislav Lunin
Stanislav Olegovich Lunin (russian: Станислав Олегович Лунин; 2 May 1993 – 2 June 2021), also known as Islam Dalaev, was a Kazakh professional footballer who played as a right-back. Career On 20 June 2014, Lunin moved from Shakhter Karagandy to FC Kairat, on a 2.5-year contract. Lunin left Kairat on 29 December 2018 at the end of his contract.
