2018–19 Wake Forest Demon Deacons Women's Basketball Team
The 2018–19 Wake Forest Demon Deacons women's basketball team represents Wake Forest University during the 2018–19 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Demon Deacons, led by seventh year head coach Jen Hoover, were members of the Atlantic Coast Conference and play their home games at the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum. They finished the season 10–20, 1–15 in ACC play in last place. They lost in the first round of the ACC women's tournament to Virginia Tech. Previous season They finished the season 14–17, 5–11 in ACC play in eleventh place. They defeat Pittsburgh in the first round before losing in the second round of the ACC women's tournament to Miami (FL). The Demon Deacons were not invited to a post-season tournament. Jennifer Hoover
Jennifer Hoover née Mitchell (born October 12, 1969) is currently an assistant coach with the University of Kentucky women's basketball team since her appointment on July 11, 2022. She was previously the head coach at Wake Forest University for ten seasons prior to her dismissal two months earlier on May 11. She was succeeded by Megan Gebbia fifteen days later on May 26. She played her collegiate career at Wake Forest and is the school's leading scorer and rebounder. Cosby High School
Cosby High School is a public high school in Midlothian, Virginia, United States. Cosby opened in 2006 and is one of the newest of eleven high schools administered by Chesterfield County Public Schools. History Cosby High School was named for its proximity to Cosby Road. Prince George High School
Prince George High School is the only public high school in Prince George County, Virginia. The school has 1354 students. Prince George High School offers grades 10-12 rather than the traditional 9-12 high school. Construction on the current facility began in 1976 and it opened for the 1977–78 school year. Arlington High School is a public high school located in Arlington, Tennessee, United States. It was started in 2004 and had an enrollment of 2,097 students in the 2019–20 school year. History The town of Arlington, lying within unincorporated Shelby County, had been a low-population area since its establishment in 1883. However, in the 1990s, the area experienced rapid growth. As a result, the school system became overloaded, with Bolton High School in particular being over capacity.
