2018–19 Mountain West Conference Men's Basketball Season
The 2018–19 Mountain West Conference men's basketball season began with practices in October 2018, followed by the start of the 2018–19 NCAA Division I men's basketball season in November. Conference play begins in January 2019 and concludes in February 2019. The season marks the 19th season of Mountain West Conference basketball. Preseason Coaching changes On February 26, 2018, Colorado State coach Larry Eustachy resigned after being placed on administrative leave. On March 22, Drake head coach and former CSU assistant coach Niko Medved was hired as the new head coach of Colorado State. On March 12, 2018, Fresno State head coach Rodney Terry left Fresno State to become head coach at UTEP. He finished at Fresno State with a seven-year record of 126–108. Justin Hutson
Justin Lee Hutson (born October 16, 1971) is an American college basketball coach who is an assistant for the San Diego State Aztecs women's basketball team, a position he has held since 2024. He was previously the San Diego Toreros in the beginning of 2024. He was also the head coach of the Fresno State Bulldogs men's basketball team from 2018 to 2024. Playing career Hutson began his college basketball career at two junior colleges, first Bakersfield College in 1989–90 then Ventura College from 1990 to 1992. Cody Lee Martin (born September 28, 1995) is an American professional basketball player for the Phoenix Suns of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the NC State Wolfpack and the Nevada Wolf Pack. He is the twin brother of Caleb Martin. Jordan Christopher Caroline (born January 15, 1996) is an American professional basketball player for Treviso of the Lega Basket Serie A. He played college basketball for the Southern Illinois Salukis and the Nevada Wolf Pack. Early life and high school career Caroline's maternal grandfather was J. C. The ''Idaho Statesman'' is the daily newspaper of Boise, Idaho, in the western United States. It is owned by The McClatchy Company. History The paper was first published as the ''Idaho Tri-Weekly Statesman'' on July 26, 1864, by James S. Reynolds; it began publication from a log cabin on the current site of Boise City Hall. The South Dakota Coyotes men's basketball team represents the University of South Dakota in NCAA Division I basketball. They are currently members of the Summit League.
