FK Borec
FK Borec () is a football club from Veles, North Macedonia. They currently play in the Macedonian Third League. History The club was founded in 1919. FK Borec played in the Macedonian First League from the 1992–93 through the 1994–95 season. The club was promoted to the First League again following the 1996–97 season. It has produced many players, among the best are: Zoran Paunov, Ilčo Borov, Panche Stoilov and Panche Kjumbev. Supporters The supporters group Gemidžii is named after the anarchistic group who have committed the bombings in Thessaloniki on 1903. Earlier, the fans were known as Vampiri (Vampires). Veles, Macedonia
Veles ( ) is a city in the central part of North Macedonia on the Vardar river. The city of Veles is the seat of Veles Municipality. 2019–20 Macedonian First Football League
The 2019–20 Macedonian First League was the 28th season of the Macedonian First Football League, the highest football league of North Macedonia. It began on 11 August 2019 and was scheduled to be end in July 2020. Each team will play the other sides four times on home-away basis, for a total of 36 matches. Shkëndija are the defending champions, having won their third title in 2018–19. On 4 June 2020, the Football Federation of North Macedonia announced that the competition was abandoned due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases in North Macedonia. Vardar was awarded the title, but no teams were relegated. The teams playing in Europe will be decided once the teams which successfully obtain a UEFA licence are known. The Football Federation of Macedonia – FFM () or Football Federation of North Macedonia is the governing body of football in North Macedonia, based in Skopje. History FFM was officially formed as part of the Football Association of Yugoslavia after the establishment of then SR Macedonia, a constituent state of SFR Yugoslavia, following World War II, on 14 August 1949 in Skopje. The first football department was established as a part of the sports' association of the city of Skopje, while the football section was separated on 16 August 1948. Negotino
Negotino (, ) is a town in North Macedonia, the seat of the Negotino Municipality. Its population is about 13,000. Geography Negotino is located on the right side of the river Vardar. Gradski Stadion Kavadarci
Gradski Stadion Kavadarci ( Macedonian Cyrillic: Градски Стадион Кавадарци) is a multi-use stadium in Kavadarci, North Macedonia. It is used mostly for football matches and is currently the home ground of GFK Tikvesh. The stadium was built in the late 1940s and the first match played was on 19 March 1950 between FK Tikvesh and NK Rudar Trbovlje from Slovenia, qualification for the Yugoslav Third League, the final score was 1–4 for the visitors from Slovenia. The stadium has hosted the first ever Macedonia U-21 international fixture, a 7–0 win over Estonia U-21 played on 31 May 1994, and also the Macedonian Cup final between FK Sileks and FK Sloga Jugomagnat (4–1) on 28 May 1997. Pehčevo
Pehčevo (, ) is a small town in the eastern part of North Macedonia. It is the seat of Pehčevo Municipality. Pehčevo is known for its winter tourism. History In the late 19th and early 20th century, Pehčevo was part of the Kosovo Vilayet of the Ottoman Empire. According to the statistics of Bulgarian ethnographer Vasil Kanchov from 1900, 4070 inhabitants lived in Pehčevo, 3300 Bulgarian Muslims, 700 Bulgarian Exarchists and 70 Romani.
