The 2018–19 Macedonian Football Cup was the 27th season of North Macedonia's Association football, football knockout competition. KF Shkëndija, Shkëndija were the defending champions, having won their second title in 2017–18 Macedonian Football Cup, the previous year. Klubi i Futbollit Shkëndija (), commonly known as Shkëndija, is a professional football club based in Tetovo, North Macedonia. Founded in 1979 by Macedonian Albanians, the club is widely recognized for its strong community identity and passionate support from its ultras group, the Ballistët. After being disbanded in the early 1980s, Shkëndija was re-established in 1992 and rose through the ranks of the Macedonian football system. KF Renova () is a football club based in the village of Džepčište, Tetovo Municipality, North Macedonia. They currently competing in the Macedonian Third League (West Division). History FK Renova was founded in 2003 but was derived from the football school established in 2000. As a result of successful work in 2003, the people from Džepčište began to invest in this school of football. Since then, the football school was named Renova, after the Džepčište based manufacturing company, which invested the most to the club. GFK Tikvesh 1930 (), commonly referred to as Tikvesh, is a professional football club from Kavadarci, North Macedonia, that currently competes in the Macedonian First League. After playing at different home grounds in the early years, the club moved to Gradski Stadion Kavadarci on 19 March 1950 and have remained there since. The 'golden age' of the club came in the late 1960s and lasted throughout the entire 1970s. K.F. Gostivari is a professional football club based in Gostivar, North Macedonia. They are recently competed in the Macedonian First League. History The club was founded in 1919 as Rinia Gostivar. FK Teteks () is a football club from the city of Tetovo in North Macedonia. They are currently competing in the Macedonian Second League. History In 1946, there was a club from Tetovo called Šar Tetovo, and it competed in the Macedonian Republic League and Macedonian Cup.
