FC Dynamo Kyiv
Football Club Dynamo Kyiv (, ) is a Ukrainian professional football club based in Kyiv. Founded in 1927 as a Kyivan football team of republican branch of the bigger Soviet Dynamo Sports Society, the club as a separate business entity was officially formed only in 1989 and currently plays in the Ukrainian Premier League, and has never been relegated to a lower division. The club has secured brand rights from the Ukrainian Dynamo society and has no direct relations to the sports society since 1989. Their home is the 70,050 capacity Olimpiyskiy National Sports Complex. Since 1936, Dynamo Kyiv has spent its entire history in the top league of Soviet and later Ukrainian football. Denys Yuriyovych Popov ( uk, Денис Юрійович Попов; born 17 February 1999) is a Ukrainian professional footballer who plays as a defender for FC Dynamo Kyiv. Club career Born in Pervomaisk Raion, Popov is a product of the RVUFK Kyiv and Dynamo Kyiv youth sportive schools. Josip Pivarić (; born 30 January 1989) is a Croatian professional footballer who plays as a left-back for Prva HNL side Lokomotiva Zagreb.
